1. Can I drive a motorhome with my driving license?

Permit B is sufficient, since our vehicles do not exceed 3,500 Kg of MMA

2. Can we bring our pet?

Yes, at Autocaravana Bonita we are pet friendly. We would have to speak by phone to specify the needs of your pets and confirm if they are compatible with the proper use of the vehicle.

3. child road safety

The vehicle is fully insured with an excess of 800 euros and has 24/7 assistance. If you need assistance, all you have to do is call the telephone number that is found together with the vehicle documentation, in the glove compartment. The franchise amount would be used to cover repair costs.

The child seats will be secured to the vehicle seat through the seat belt (not ISOFIX).

 

4. ¿Qué pasa con el dinero de la señal si queremos anular la reserva?

In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation, the following penalties will be applied to the advance payment:

  • If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days from the start of the rental: 50%
  • If you communicate between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental: 80%
  • If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental: 100%

1. Does the explanation of the operation of the vehicle take a long time?

Once the down payment has been made, we send you 3 videos that we have prepared with all the instructions about how the vehicle works (water change, gas, kitchen, shower, fridge, compartments, awning,... etc), so that the procedures pick up will not take us more than 15-20 minutes.

2. Do we carry suitcases?

No, since they would take up space. The ideal is to bring your clothes and accessories in soft bags to put everything directly in the closets. The bags will serve you to do the shopping during the trip.

3. What do we do with our car?

We have parking space for you to leave your vehicle during the trip, at no cost.

1. Where can we sleep?

By law, you can stay overnight anywhere you can park, unless there is a sign to the contrary. If there is no sign prohibiting motorhome parking, you can stay overnight. In these cases, no external element can be removed (awning, tables, chairs...). Then there are the options of Areas (with services for draining water, electricity...) or parking spaces for these vehicles. To locate these points, websites and applications such as Areasac or Park4night are very helpful. And finally of course, the campsites.

2. Can we bring the bikes?

Yes, our vehicles have bicycle racks or a garage.

3. And the fridge?

It is prepared to work both with electricity (being plugged into the network) and with gas, so the two propane bottles in the vehicle will feed the fridge and will also provide you with hot water and heating.

4. Do I have to pay separately for cleaning?

No, but the vehicle must be returned in similar conditions at departure. Picked up and with the black and gray water emptied. Otherwise, the amount stipulated in the rental conditions will be deducted from the deposit.

5. How do I have to return the vehicle?

1- Empty the toilet cassette and the gray water. (no need to refill with drinking water)
2- Fill the diesel tank
3- Turn off the fridge and heating.
4- Leave used towels in the bathroom
5- General cleaning: kitchen, bathroom, living room, cabin... (in the bathroom there are products and accessories for this)

6. What happens if we arrive late on the day the vehicle has to be returned?

The delay on the scheduled time will mean €25/hour.
Each day of delay will entail a cost corresponding to three times the amount set for a rental day.
